With over 100 instructors and 30 locations, nohe Schweiz GmbH is now the leading provider of first-aid courses in Switzerland. The target groups for the courses are prospective learner drivers and people who need a first aid course for further professional and private training.
We are responsible for the entire digital presence and have accompanied the company from the conception, design and development of the website and course platform to comprehensive online marketing. With innovative ideas and a progressive digitalisation concept, we have demonstrably contributed to the company's success.
The focus of the project was the completely self-developed and very extensive course management system. This enables the automation and administration of courses and participants. At the same time, external driving schools are also connected to the system via an interface. Currently, more than 13,000 course registrations are processed via the system every year.
Through precise analysis and understanding of the target group, the provider was able to establish itself in top positions in the organic Google search results within a few months of our involvement. With targeted regional search engine optimisation and additional paid Google Ads and social media campaigns, the provider is now virtually unmissable in its field in every region.
Automatic notifications by e-mail and text message ensure that course participants and instructors are always informed about their courses. In addition to the automatic registration confirmation, participants also receive a reminder a few days before the course to make sure they don't miss it.
