We had the opportunity to redesign the entire website for Media-Line. A focus was put on the integration of a comprehensive online shop, which we developed from scratch.
Media Line is an official distributor of Bang & Olufsen and a service provider in the areas of maintenance, repairs and network technology. In addition to branches in Bern, Thun and Interlaken, Media Line now also sells its products via its own online shop.
We had the opportunity to redesign the entire website for Media-Line. A focus was put on the integration of a comprehensive online shop, which we developed from scratch.
In order to stand out from the competition and to be able to quickly adapt to changing needs, standard solutions were deliberately avoided. The Media-Line shop is a complete in-house development.
In addition to an attractive and high-quality design, the user-friendliness of the website was the main focus. Potential customers should be guided through the sales process as simply and quickly as possible and at the same time feel a touch of elegance.
With the aim of integrated communication, products and elements can be cross-linked in a simple way. For example, it is possible to integrate matching articles directly into a blog post. Conversely, related articles can be displayed and linked at the level of the product detail page.
Different variants can be created for a product via the shop backend. Products can thus be differentiated according to size, colour, etc. On the product detail page, the user can select the appropriate variant quickly and easily via a selection box.
The checkout process is a frequent cause of aborted purchases. In order to reduce aborted purchases and thereby increase the conversion rate, a streamlined and efficient checkout process was developed. With Media-Line, orders can be completed in just two steps.
