Golfers Paradise is the largest golf retailer in Switzerland with 17 branches and over 3,000 articles in its catalogue. In 2020, novu was commissioned to completely redevelop the online shop and has been managing it ever since, including a redesign in 2022. The shop is seamlessly integrated into the ERP system via a specially developed interface, so that master data and orders are always in sync.
The complexity of Golfers Paradise lies in its size: 17 branches as well as a central warehouse with different stock levels, thousands of articles and variations, promotions, discounts and significant Black Friday visit peaks require a flexible and modular architecture based on Shopware and a highly scalable Kubernetes server infrastructure.
