Gestina AG Real estate management

We were responsible for the complete redevelopment of the website for Gestina AG, from the concept to the design to the finished development of the front and back end. The focus was on comprehensive automation, which should digitalize and simplify processes.

The core feature is the registration, management and publication of real estate advertisements. Real estate properties can be easily entered in the CMS and immediately published on the website. At the same time, different interfaces to real estate portals have been set up, allowing listings to be published on numerous portals with just one click. Thanks to automatic object synchronization, changes are immediately visible on all portals.

Real estate properties can be created in the CMS and exported directly in the form of a sales brochure using an automatic PDF generator. A template developed by us ensures that each brochure is created in line with CI and CD, so that all steps for the manual creation of sales brochures are eliminated.

The properties can be easily selected via a filter e.g. by size, price or location.

Thanks to a dynamic content display on the start page, the current real estate offers are arranged randomly each time the page is called up. The user is thus always shown new content and the content always remains up-to-date.
