Concept & Workshops

At the start of a unique website or web application lies the concept. What is it about? What are the requirements? How can we offer your users the best user experience? What exactly should your project look like? How do we solve it technically? The more complex the project, the more extensive the concept phase must be. Various types of workshops give us the opportunity to define the requirements together with you, develop ideas, test variants and conduct user research.

Konzept

In the beginning was the concept. What you might not hear from every agency is that we also expect a lot from you. Namely, to help shape, to help think, to fully participate in the discussion of the topic. For us, the concept is the basis and at the same time part of a successful cooperation. It also needs you, because you know your concrete topics and concerns best.
We work according to the Design Thinking method. This is an agile and customer-centred method that enables us to understand users and their needs in detail and to search for innovative solution ideas, develop them further and test them with prototyping. Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team is encouraged right from the start, thus defining solution approaches. You are part of it!

Workshops

In order to develop the right decision-making basis for a challenging project, we rely on various workshops. We have a repertoire of different tools and workshop forms for different project phases.
A idea workshop is held at the beginning of a (sub-)project. It is about generating different ideas and exploring a wide range of possibilities together. The aim is not only to develop high-quality ideas, but above all to capture a variety of perspectives and create an inspiring atmosphere.
Another magic bullet in our work is the Design Thinking Workshop. Here we enter the world of users together. It is a structured approach to immerse ourselves in the needs, desires and challenges of a target group. From this, approaches for creative solutions emerge, we bring prototypes to life and repeatedly gather feedback to refine our solutions step by step.
An innovation workshop is used to explore the big shots: the goal is to discover new business opportunities, develop breakthrough ideas and improve existing processes or products. To do this, we use innovative techniques such as trend analysis, market research, competitive analysis and idea validation.
